By using this payment portal to pay for Ista Energy Services through Radiant Real Estate, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
This payment portal provides a secure online platform for:
- Viewing your Ista account balance
- Making payments for Ista Energy Services
- Receiving payment confirmations and receipts
3. Payment Processing
3.1 Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
3.2 Processing Time: Payments are processed immediately. Your Ista account will be updated within 24-48 hours.
3.3 Transaction Fees: No additional fees are charged for using this payment service.
3.4 Payment Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is successfully processed.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate Ista account information
- Ensuring sufficient funds are available for payment
- Providing a valid email address for receipt delivery
- Reviewing and confirming payment details before submission
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Cancellation: Payments cannot be cancelled once successfully processed.
5.2 Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted to Ista Energy Services directly. Radiant Real Estate does not handle refund processing.
5.3 Disputes: Payment disputes should be directed to our customer support team at rsm@radiantrealestate.ae or +971 2 666 4431.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- SSL encryption for all data transmission
- PCI DSS compliant payment processing
- No storage of credit/debit card information
- Secure payment gateway provided by Network International
7. Limitation of Liability
Radiant Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this payment portal. Our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the payment portal. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
